Well finished product with good customer Service

I have this product for some time now, but when i came it looked like used product since there was some scratches on the case, but Cold Laser Therapies opted to replace them with new one since it was damaged in shipment. I would give 5 start to the customer service. So far it works perfectly, will update this review if i find any issues.

The NewCell Elite is a great machine. It has more features at a better price than any other machine that I have seen. The NewCell Elite’s quality is on par with the $2000 machines that I have used in the past.
