I purchased this machine from this vendor and it was not new, it did not work (two times) and I did not get my money back. BUYER BEWARE, SELLER WILL NOT REFUND YOU.
Defective unit

The unit worked fine for about 2 weeks. When it stopped functioning, I had to write to the company and pay shipping to return the product. They sent me another unit and that unit has the same technical problems as the first unit. 2 months later I have a defective machine and I am waiting for the company to get back to me. I am not happy that I have had to pay shipping again and again and I still do not have a foot bath that works.

I purchased the Ionic Detox foot bath about a month ago. A friend has a $1200 foot detox system and charged me $35 for 20 minutes. I think this model for under $100 is just as good. I feel better and my mind is clearer – I have been using this as instructed every other day. The main thing I bought this for is the arthritis that is setting in my joints. The pain and swelling go down for about 12 hours after using the foot bath but then come back. So I will continue and post if this gets rid of my arthritis eventually. Oh, I put my hands in the foot bath water as well as my feet in hopes it will help those swollen finger joints.
I highly recommend this product and what a great price.

Works just as well as the high priced one

I encountered this in a Home Remodeling show and paid $40 to try it. I wanted to get one but they were asking for $1200!! I held back and decided to do some research online. Amazingly there are quite a few out there much lower in price. We bought this one, and it works jut the same as the one at the show. The parts are similar and the result – ie. that yukky water after each use – has the same coloring results. No reason to pay more.
