It took awhile to be delivered and totally didn’t work when I took it out of the box and set it up. I sent email and got a very kind response suggesting that I check the connections and smack the unit. I had NOTHING but trouble trying to report this to Amazon. The links just went round and round in a circle. I mailed it back after contacting the seller directly for the proper codes to ship it back, so here I sit, a few weeks after ordering this item and still don’t have an ionic detox footbath. What a hassle. Definitely worth going to a store and buying it in PERSON.

The controller did not work. Very frustrating. Requested to send back for testing. I had to pay for the shipping. Have not received a response from the seller. Not good at all.
